New Rules and procedures for Ramona Caravans

Beginning in November, the RREA Caravan will proceed as follows: The 1st Thursday of the month will be SDCE Caravan and the 2nd Thursday of the month will be Ramona Town Caravan. The 3rd and the 4th Thursday of the Month will be “dark”. This was decided in response to the lack of properties scheduled for caravan, as well as input from RREA members. All other aspects of the current Caravan rules will stay the same.

A maximum number of 15 homes will be allowed and upon completion of the MLS Tour entry you must immediately email the MLS # and caravan date of the home entered to Caravan@Clendenengroup.com. (This email is only for time stamping and will not generate a response from the receiver.) Deadline for entry is Tuesday immediately preceding the Thursday caravan at 6:00 pm or whenever 15 home limit is filled. The received email time stamp will determine the cut off if more that the limit of 15 homes is reached. Go to www.rrea.org for any last minute meeting location changes and more details. Pay at Pitch Session. Fee is $25.00 to be paid at the caravan meeting (Please make checks payable to RREA and give to Thad Clendenen prior to the 8:30 a.m. start time. The same $25 fee applies to Non-Member Affiliates wishing to “pitch” their business at the end of the Caravan Pitch session.) After 3 properties in a calendar year, that agent must join the RREA to put more homes on the caravan schedule. Contact: Thad Clendenen at 760-787-3206.
