President - Doreen Smith
I appreciate the opportunity to serve a second term as your RREA President! I have had my real estate license since 2002 and work with Century 21 San Vicente. I joined the RREA in 2002 and have been an active member since. I know how important it is to have a strong board that works together to help make our jobs easier to do on a daily basis. With this ever changing market our board strives to provide the tools to help better serve our membership through networking and informative speakers.
I have been involved with the Ramona Chamber of Commerce and served on their board. I have also been active in open space land issues within the community in which I live and worked closely with our County Supervisor and County Staff to a successful resolution that took over two years. I am also currently treasurer for the HOA Rancho San Vicente.
My husband and I moved to Ramona 9 years ago and love the community in which we live. We have made many lifelong friends and clients. We continue to look forward to what the future holds for our wonderful town.

Treasurer - Cheryl Hotchkiss
Having grown up in the country in Northern California, moving to Ramona in 1987 was like coming home. I have been firmly entrenched in this community ever since and can't imagine ever leaving.
After 25 years, working in the Aerospace and Defense Electronics industry I decided it was time for a change, and became a licensed Real Estate agent in 2002. At that time I joined the Coldwell Banker office here in Ramona and the Ramona Real Estate Association. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with such a great group of people.
Because of my background, I'm generally referred to as the "Techie". I enjoy applying my knowledge of technology and Graphic Design to my Real Estate business and have built a consistently growing business through internet marketing, print marketing and referrals.
My focus in Real Estate has always been on helping people achieve their goals. Whether buying their 1st home, selling their home and moving up to a new home, downsizing or buying that second home, my clients can be assured that I will handle their transaction with integrity and always to the best interest of all parties involved. The gratifying feeling when closing that successful escrow never gets old.

I want this to be an exciting time for these families and I can't describe how great closing day is when I present them with the keys to their "new home".
